The death toll on the Russian side is more vague, but the death of a five-year-old in a village near the border has increased emotions but also tensions, writes Independent, translates Periscope.
That tragedy has been the focus of Russian propaganda, with local media claiming without proof that it belongs to a Ukrainian drone.
The same Russian media have warned that Kiev was preparing for a triumphal “ofansive” to punish the region suffering much of Donbass, with Ukrainian President Zelensky seeking to respond to domestic political chaos and poor popularity.
Things seem different from the Ukraine score. Mr. Zelensky has accused Russia of gathering the army at the borders of Ukraine.
