VV in Albania: We grew up as an organization, voted in town and village

Vetevendosje ʹthe centre in Albania has held another media conference following the 25 April elections, where they received very disappointing results. From this political party that in Kosovo has full power, they have said that our <x0nd Street is long and waved, but there is no shortcut to self-rule. ”
This party has complained about vote thefts in the districts in which Periscopi has participated.
We remember that Prime Minister Kurti has congratulated Edi Rama on his victory, but has also mentioned irregularities in the elections.
However, they have thanked voters, expressing satisfaction that there are “ides of Vetevendosje” have penetrated villages and towns.
Full status:
Our route is long and wavesy, but there is no shortcut to self - determination
(The full word of candidate Boiken Abazi and lawyer Samantha Hasani at today's press conference)
Good afternoon and thank you for attending this conference.
I want to first thank the hearts of all citizens who have voted in Tirana, Lezha and Gjirokastra, the three districts where we have brought in three independent candidacys. All citizens who voted on us have made full trust and hope, and both we and our voters, have been clear that we have entered an uneven race with opponents who do not respect the laws. However, by ignoring the situation, we have taken the initiative, and the citizens have voted on us. These are idealistic people's votes that don't give up. Thousands of citizens have testified by their vote that they are ready for radical changes in Albania. We will not abandon their aspirations, we will not break the given word, and we will advance our project for an equal and well-being society, towards the self - determination to unite.
The vote in the district of Tirana, where I have run, has been geographically extended throughout the territory, in all five district municipalities, in Tirana, Kamez, Kavaj, Vorea Rrogozh, in town and in the village. That means the ideas of the Movement have already penetrated everywhere. We have grown up as an organisation and increased the recognition of citizens with our programme, not only in Tirana but throughout Albania. Our path is long and waves. But there is no other way, no shortcut to self-rule.
At that, major changes in Albania cannot be realised by old political subjects. This choice proved true. It is true that the elections are held in a situation where power has planted fear all the time and has not left tools unusable. It is also true that electoral authoritarianism has been installed in Albania. Recent changes to the electoral code from this power have only made the situation worse. But we should not forget that this kind of electoral authoritarianism started in 2008, when the electoral code was changed from the DP and the SP together to eliminate new options. Although the opposition is not responsible for the situation, it is part of the problem. That's one more reason why the opposition doesn't inspire. And this is one reason why the real opposition in Albania, pure and ideal, with vision and program, increasingly in the eyes of citizens is going to be the V Movement. Unstop and unpolluted.
Prime Minister Rama said yesterday that the Socialist Party is a machine. I kind of agree with that conclusion. The Socialist Party is simply turning it into machines. She's out of breath, she's not breathing! Socialist Party members have no common value left. The model installed by Edi Rama aims to turn them into bolts, babysitters, kitchens, pistons or seats. The model installed by Edi Rama in politics is the citizen who does not act on values of principles or on the concept of law. We reject this model that turns citizens into the function of evil habitality.
We call on all citizens, even those who support the Socialist Party, to act based on their consciences, and to seek morals in politics. This kind of model and political morality, today in Albania, moves the V Movement forward I'm sorry.
True, the CEC's preliminary results show that we haven't won mandates, but we already know that we have won tens of thousands of hearts. Before we know the results, we'll take our legal battle to the end because of the many evidence and facts we've gathered for stealing and manipulation of the vote. We made some of these facts public from Monday, when the vote count had just begun. Regarding our legal battle, I invite the lawyer who heads our legal group, Samantha Hasani.
(The complete word of Samantha Hasani)
Hello,
We've presented the request for film footage to the CEC for two days. At that point, we've already made public some facts and evidence which will be part of the complaint that will be submitted to KAS.
Next, I would like to present some of the points on which complaints will be based:
- The heads of all KZAZ have prevented entry into the count countries during the time of box admission, preventing observers from monitoring their accession-handisation process.
- The same KZAV leaders, after receiving the ballot boxes, have started calling and allowing arbitrary entry of only those observers they have personally selected.
- In counting countries there has been no rule for equal separation of monitoring space for accredited observers.
- State police have implemented illegal orders given by KZAV leaders, preventing access to the Accredited Monitors of independent candidate Boine Abazi and his candidate, while not being impartial in carrying out tasks to ensure equal treatment of all political subjects.
- The mass presence within the Counting Countries of unconventioned persons, family members and supporters of the staff of candidates of other election subjects respectively, causing tensions, including verbal intervention and the use of physical violence.
- During the counting process, 18422 votes of voting have been declared worthless in total for Tirana County, as well as many invalid sheets in Gjirokastra's Lezha. We were the first to report this phenomenon from Monday morning, noting with concern that we were faced with a theft and deformity of the vote. This deformity has been implemented by a manipulation machine.
(In this part of her word, Avoktaya Suela Hasani also presents a picture of a ballot sheet that had a plus to the side of the candidate name Boiken Abazi and a plus by the side of Edi Rama, to prove that we do not have to do with the mistakes of citizens who confuse numbers, but with a well prepared scheme. )
- The decision to declare an invalid ballot sheet has had double standards at the same counting table.
- Our observers have recorded cases when too many blank ballots were issued without any excuse.
- Candidate observers have recorded cases when invalid ballots were issued, which have since been passed on to other political subjects.
- We have the suspicion that the numerators have passed votes for independent candidate Boiken Abazi in terms of other political subjects.
- In many cases the counting process is covered by square finger number 13.
- We have checked that the full appearance of the ballot sheet on the screen has not been placed, preventing the exact writing of the vote.
- Placing independent candidate Boine Abazi's ballot sheets and new “ ” political on the same den of pages outside the counting table.
- The composition of the counting group only by members of a political subject.
- The use of the pen by the counting groups on the counting table and on the ballot sheets, placing signs on the ballots.
- Refusing to copy signed data results of the count, and not to place these processes in the specified space.
Election crime cannot remain unpunished. We will take our legal battle to the end.
