This has happened in three counties where this party had its own candidates, Lezha, Gjirokastra and Tirana.

Observation of Robbery and Voting

Boiken Abazi in Tirana County, Ilaz Shehu in Lezha County and Kreshnik Merdjani in Gjirokastra District, three independent candidates backed by Movement V They've attracted all their observers certified by the vote-counting process in the three districts where they compete today.

This decision has come after repeated legal violations at counting centres. These violations have included:

- Decisions to prevent observers of three independent candidates from entering some of the counting centres, especially during the box opening process.

- Pressure and threats to observers not to document with photos and videos the electoral crime that occurred within the counting centers.

-The direct points also of candidates to enter some of the counting centres, as in the case of the “Bajram Curri” School in Tirana.

-Not to respond and not to the size of the vote commissions, to the legitimate demands of observers of the three independent candidates.

- Erasing from the voting reporting chip in “The Red School” in Tirana for candidate Boiken Abazi on April 26th 2021.

- Unjustified violence that broke out inside and outside the school “1 May” in Tirana by commissioners as well as police forces, adding brutality to the threatening atmosphere, and destroying the election process.

-Relevating the theft phenomenon and/or declaring the vote as invalid on the part of the commissioners by placing a second “ “” on many ballots where there were votes of independent candidates. This is widely documented in written reports from our observers but also in the photograph and even in a video from the Gjirokastra County.

- There were constantly pens of the same color used at polling stations to vote on. We have reports from observers on cases where commissioners have been marking on the ballot sheets with those pens, and when observers have tried to take photos or videos, commissioners have asked the law enforcement forces to get out of the drones' detention facilities.

- In some counting Centers there were boxes with less ballot than registered voters, as has the other way, where there were more ballot papers than registered voters.

- The use of State Police by placing it in the service of illegal orders given on several occasions by some of the heads of the counting centres.

Movement V legal team It's collecting all evidence and written evidence, photographs and film pictures to hand over our complaints to the CEC's and justice organs.

This has not been a voting count process. This has been a process of mass and well-recognised deformation of the vote, in the function of power and subjects buying votes.
