Regarding the anniversary of this battle, the country's president, Vjosa, through a Facebook post, has not mentioned the Kosovo Liberation Army, with which she received much sharp criticism.
With no mention of the KLA, there was Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, where he did not mention him in his memorial post of the Kosovo battle.
Through a Twitter post, Kurt has commemorated the battle of Kosare, saying that courageous men and women gave everything that we could live free.
He writes further that we must not forget where we came from in order to know the way ahead, but he never mentioned the KLA.
Before we had April 9th as Constitutional Day, we had April 9th as the Day of Koshara. In the Battle of Koshara, courageous men and women gave everything to live free. Let's never forget where we came from, because then we'll always know the right way before”, Kurti wrote.
