Adopted by the assembly at the end of March, the measure enables considerable reinforcement of the armed forces, at the time of the transition of tensions with Russia to eastern Ukraine, Reuters writes, Report Express broadcast.

This will enable all military units to be met quickly with militias, increasing to a large extent the combat efficiency during military aggression”, the Ukrainian presidency's announcement said.
