In addition to Pristina, strict measures are being implemented in northern Mitrovica, where since this morning, members of the Kosovo Police are making strict controls for vehicles entering the area of the Hospital Centre in North Mitrovica.

Kosovo Deputy Director of Police in Northern Mitrovica Besim Hoti has said of the Serbian portal in Kosovo, “Kosovo Online” that police members have been mobilised throughout Kosovo to secure hospitals.

The police were contacted by a person who threatened to attack someone in the hospital, but after this person did not disclose who he was and in which city he was going to carry out the attack, police, for preventative reasons, are providing hospitals throughout Kosovo until we find out more”, Hoti said.
