The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has indicated that he has been detained for 48 hours by a doctor from Podujevo, allegedly not offering assistance to an elderly man at the Podujevo Family Medicine Centre.
At the order of the State Attorney, the suspect -- suspect with initials I.H. -- has been interviewed in the direction of a high-profile criminal offence and the same has been detained in 48 hours' length, Kosovo reports.
“Foundation Procurory in Pristina, the General Department, announces the opinion that after publishing media images, regarding a case that has occurred today, specifically at the Family Medicine Centre in Podujevo, where some patients do not receive health services from this institution, the State Prosecutor, has immediately authorized the Kosovo Police for undertaking necessary investigative action, starting the case as the “lack of medical assistance”, from us 255 of the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (4)3>.
By order of the State Attorney, the suspect-the suspect with the initials I.H. has been interviewed, in the direction of a high-profile criminal offense and the same has been detained in 48 hours of 48x1>.
