Breaking the border with Albania in Kostunica from Brigade 138, under the leadership of Agim Ramadan and Sali Cekaj, 22 years ago was the freedom bell.
From April 9th 1999 to June 10th, in this country as elsewhere, the valiant men of this Brigade dealt their final blow to the genocide regime of Serbia, which on this date marked the surrender.
This day not only one border stone was removed, but an emotional barrier was removed between the brothers and sisters in Kosovo and Albania.
Freedom took meaning when the braves of Brigade 138 finally sealed our freedom, laid firm foundation for the future, the state and historical memory.
Thus Kostunica was changed and continues to be a freedom pilgrimage.
There bravery and mind, sacrifice and eternity and freedom were joined!
Today, we look down with dignity to the graves of these brave men who defended our dignity, existence, and heritage!
We will fulfill their will for the State every day, with maximum devotion, for the future of generations!
There are no more stones between us, but there are only roads, there is integration, there is interbrothership and cultivating the free spirit!
Eternal glory and remembrance for all who fell for our freedom!
