SP leads in 9 districts, numbers closed in several municipalities

The vote counting process for parliamentary elections 2021 is still under way throughout Albania. The voting process follows smoothly, in addition to some debates created among commissionors on the issue of rest and job resumption.
In the whole country so far the SP leads with 396,822 votes, followed by DP-AN with 3117.366 votes. The LSI has so far received 56,214 votes, and PSD 17,290. The movement initiative so far has 5.054 votes. The SP has secured 76 mandates so far, followed by DP with 57, LSI 5 and PSD 2.
So far the SP is leading in 9 counties, and has even managed to be the first in Debar, with mostly democratic representatives. Out of 5198 ballot boxes, 2811 have so far been counted.
In Shkodra County, Kukes and Lezha leads the Democratic Party, while in other circles the Socialist Party.
Chief Commissioner Ilirjan Celibashi in a statement to the media today said the result could be made within 48 hours, while in Unit No. 10 in Tirana, the only one that has achieved the electronic count has been the result of which the SP led by 6007 votes.
Social Democratic Party Chairman Tom Doshi has chosen to resign from the MP's mandate, saying this resignation is irrevocable without giving any arguments today. /tch
