It seems to him that the German ambassador, however, acknowledged that there is a “-paper”, after saying there may be any letters whose source is not Germany or France.
“Coment: “may have a letter...” Is this a ambassador admission that it exists, really, a “on-papper”? ”, Simmons wrote on Twitter.
Germany's Ambassador to Kosovo, Jorn Rohde, has said “no-paper” published by the media is “fake news”.
The so-called “non paper<x2-German> published by Koha Ditore is false news. There may be documents, but it's certainly not French-German. We fully support the dialogue led by the EU and Miroslav Lajcak, as Germany's Foreign Minister Maas again stressed last Thursday in Pristina”, Rohde wrote on Twitter.
