The young man who caused this incident risked many citizens, but was happily banned by two citymen.
First the suspect in this case is said to have crashed several more cars on the road until he's entered the square doing dangerous maneuvers. Then he's headed towards the vaccination center, where he's been followed by police.
One of them even confessed how the event happened.
“I stopped the car, threatened the lives of the citizens, and seemed too much, neutralized. I didn't know the guy, I was a coincidence, I saw it was a terrorist act and I tried. The intervention to save people” said Klodian, who pulled him out of the car neutralizing him.
Soon after that event, young people have been hosted at a meeting by Prime Minister Edi Rama. Rama published a photo showing quite close to both. The election process for parliamentary elections is under way in Albania today.
