At the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the fourth session will be held against Jevdet Qrerich and 10 Kosovo Liberation Army veterans (UÇK) for organising a protest in August 2015.
11 veterans are charged with undermining the government's sieges and damage to a car in the August 7th 2015 protest.
Eleven Kosovo Liberation Army veterans (UÇK) have not attended the session to organise the August 7th 2015 protest.
A car was damaged in this protest.
That there are no conditions for holding the session, Judge Luljeta Krasnic has announced. According to her, the session is postponed indefinitely.
“Since there are no conditions for holding the session, the court makes a decision that session will be postponed indefinitely until evidence is provided concerning the car owner and the damage assigned to this”.
Lawyer Bedri Krasniqi said that on the basis of facts on the ground the damage caused during the protest amounts to 400 euros.
“Based on data that has collected and damaged that during the veterans protest, according to the State Prosecutor's indictment, the state government's moving door and metal government has been damaged, the engine of the door, the kiosca glass, and the metal ring of the government's door”.
“Based on the evidence accumulated damaged has only paid the mobile door engine that the entrance worth 400 euros, while the jobs have been performed without compensation to”, Krasniqi said.
