The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation ( MASTTI, make the decision on accelerated alternative instruction for 441 Camenica municipality students.
“The right to schooling is guaranteed with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, according to Article 47, where each person enjoys the right to fundamental schooling, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the Convention on the Rights of the Children. Based on this, the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (MASHTI) has made the decision to organise accelerated alternative teaching for 441 Kamenica Community students”, the MASTI media communiqué says.
Among other things, the communiqué says that “The decision was taken after several meetings with all the experts' parties and consultations, based on the education Inspectorate reports, the Ombudsman's body report, as well as the Commission's report on the problem being created with a lack of learning by a large number of students in the Kamenica municipality”.
MASTTI reports that the learning process will take place in the nearest school facilities and in line with the recommendations of MASTI, MS and IKSC.
