The <x0Ideal of the national union of Albanians is eternal because that fragmentation that has been made is based on ethnic, religious racism and on the most inhumane principles. Can Albanians today take action for national unity without co-ordination of those who are shareholders in Kosovo's freedom and independence? I am a man of the partnership principle and such a step I would not take”, the former prime minister said.
But Berisha added that Albania and Kosovo can now implement procedures that would make the Albanian border ʹKosovo insignificant.
However, there are many procedures that both governments can undertake and make the border between Albania and Kosovo insignificant”, Berisha said.
For the concept of Greater Albania, Berisha said it is the term created by Serbia to cover their efforts for large Serbia.
