RTK Board Chairman Sali Basota has said that they are always prepared to respond to the work involving the board.
“We are prepared every time we respond to issues related to the RTK board and we prepare periodic work reports. We also hand in our annual work report with our financial report on time. They're transparent and they're also on the website of our institution”, Basota said.
Beyond, Basota said there are many inherited debts in RTK.
“has hugely inherited RTK debts, but this management congratulates him that he has managed to lower spending and pay off debts. Since I'm a member of this board, I've been monitoring, managing, and I've been in constant contact with the management to have full transparency for any RTK spending. I can't talk to you about past Bordett”, he said.
Regarding the issue of debt heritage, the general director, fit Kastrati, has said they have managed to lower RTK's debt for about 2m and a half euros.
We owe 5 million and 200 thousand euros. Today when we sent the report at the end of March is 2 million and 750 thousand euros. It's about 2 and a half million less. We're hoping that by the end of the year the debt of RTK's going down for 1m euros”, Kastrati said.
