The War Veterans' Organisation has demanded that former EULEX judge Malcolm Simmons be called as soon as possible to testify to the irregularities and violations of this mission in Kosovo.
Through a Facebook post, OVL Secretary Faton Klinkaku has said the Kosovo Assembly should call the session and not ignore last year's Simons application to report.
Simmons had said he would give evidence about cases involving interventions in criminal investigations, threats to witnesses, inciting them, manipulation of evidence and other abuses.

The Kosovo Assembly should call the session and not continue to ignore the request made last year by former EULEX Judge Malcolm Simmons, who has said he would give evidence about cases involving “intervention in criminal investigations; threats made to protected witnesses, instigating protected witnesses, manipulation of judicial panels, attempts to intervene in criminal judgments, hiding evidence, manipulation, hiding evidence of criminal acts, attempting to prevent criminal investigations, illegal investigations, illegal inflows, access to electronic witnesses, obstruction of justice, obstruction of justice, obstruction of political cases for further objectives.
