Reducing Anti - Measures Continues - CO VID in Prisons

The Kosovo Correcting Service has announced that by May 05th, each prisoner will be able to accept two adult visitors and three children on the visit.

According to the SKK, family members during their visit are obliged to respect anti-convid measures, ( social science, mask deployment and hand disinfectation).

“While, from May 10, 2021, will begin allowing weekends for convicts who meet legal conditions for the exploitation of weekends at home. After returning from the weekend, the prisoners will undergo the quarantine phase over time for at least seven days. Kosovo's corrective service has begun facilitating measures in co-operation with the Prison Health Department. The Kosovo Correcting Service will continue institutional co-ordination with relevant institutions of the Republic of Kosovo and will keep public opinion on the ongoing steps”, the report says.
