O RCA: Mitrovica University is second in Kosovo after UP

For the number of scientific works and meeting criteria by academic staff, the University of Mitrovica is second in Kosovo after the University of Pristina.

48% of professors at the University of Mitrovica do not justify academic titles according to the criteria of scientific works as the first author. By comparison, the 2020 suspension of titles at the University of Gjakova is 65%, while the failure of titles for 2019 at Pristina University was 55% at Prizren University was 64%, and at Pec University was 70%.

32% of professors at the University of Mitrovica have no work published as first author.

By comparison, during 2020 at Gjakova University, there were 54% at the University of Pristina, while in 2019, there were 39% of professors without any published employment at Prizren University, with 55%, and at Pec University there were 66%.
