About 15 thousand people have been vaccinated until Kosovo has had only 24 thousand doses of vaccines available.
The vaccine process is continuing, but there is still no ordered dose of vaccines expected to come to Kosovo.
Infectian Hamdi Ramadani has said Kosovo needs 300 thousand vaccines to achieve population immunization.
I am hoping that if we achieve within a few months we will provide another 300 thousand doses of vaccines and if the population is unified, which I think would be enough for Kosovo to begin largely to eliminate the pandemic”, Ramadan said of the Online Front.
Ramadani is calling the process so far positive of vaccinating health staff and delayed citizens.
He says that people who are vaccinated are already out of danger for life.
Our country has made the second step that's crucial, the step of immunization, some 16 thousand has been vaccinated, and that's a very positive thing to say, because there are 16 thousand people who have taken the dose of vaccine who will not even be infected by the coronary virus and what's most important will not suffer in the loss of life”, Ramadan said.
