Who? The prosecution and police do not disclose the name of the prosecutor who issued the scandalous order

Portal “Insander” was targeted at Vetevendosje's power after last week issued several documents showing that Minister Arben Vitita had not signed long in a document that could potentially delay the arrival of Pfizer vaccines. The prosecution questioned the director of this portal, Parim Olluri. But the scandal [...]
Health Minister Arben Vitita stood before journalists when he asked to launch investigations into the portal in question of publicising a document he considered “confidential”.
But who was the prosecutor who heard the words of the Year and gave the scandalous order?
Periscop has sent questions to Chief State Prosecutor Alexander Lumez's Office for a week to answer the case. But not a word!
Similarly, Kosovo police, who are not reluctant to provide information, have remained silent this time to address the scandal further.
On the other hand, “lawyer Insender”, Arian Koci, told Periscopi that they too are waiting to find out who is behind the command in question.
He has ordered several local prosecutors and police to read the Constitution and the laws.
Koci also mentioned in his response a directive by Chief Lumez prosecutor issued several days ago, where “recalled prosecutors to avoid prosecution of journalists and respect the 34x1> law. So Kosovo prosecutors must be reminded to avoid the law with a guide.
Here's what Koci said:
The chief state prosecutor's statement, “, is spreading how unaware some individuals are in the prosecutorial system, the judiciary, and the police. The chief prosecutor did well to have been declared, but was it not better that some prosecutors or policemen read the Constitution and positive laws? An ignorant professional is as harmful to society as a corrupt professional. On the other hand, when an official does not know his affairs well, he can easily be affected. ”
Koci suggests that on the day Olluri was interviewed, they asked the police to find out who the order came from, but according to him, they were reluctant to answer.
The day journalist Parim Oluri was invited from the police, he was with my colleague Granit Vokshi. That day, after media pressure, Mr. Oluri was not interviewed at all. In fact, it remains unclear why he was invited to the police by whose order. ”
As Mr. Oluri, we are awaiting the answer to who Mr. Oluri get cold at the police station. But we still have no answers! ”, he added for Periscope.
In addition, under the Constitution and laws in Kosovo, prosecutors are not allowed to prosecute journalists.
Even though it constitutes violations of the law, no punitive measures have been taken so far against the prosecutor or other officers who began investigating that medium.
But this silence in the Police Attorney's for the case-law makes the case even more suspicious and even darker. /Periscopi/
