The prosecution in Gjakova filed charges against two persons for forced prostitution

According to the indictment, during July 2020, in the Gjakova municipality, defendants D.M., and N.B., in co-operation, organize and hold the other person with the aim of access to prostitution, injured L.B., where the same time before he was in love with defendant D.M.
Under the deal, the two defendants had provided customers who paid the same cash in exchange for sex with the injured at one of the hotels in Gjakova.
With these actions, there is good-based doubt that defendants have fulfilled elements of the criminal act “opportunity or forced into prostitution in co-ordination”.
The prosecutor of the case has proposed to the competent Court that the defendants, the D.M., and the N.B., be punished according to the law on criminal acts that are being charged.
