In this case, Uke Rugova, Astrit Haraqi, Qefser Baholli, Izet Beqiri and Florian Petani are charged, who were declared innocent of the criminal act charged.
The defendant's defence, Izet Beqiri, lawyer Besnik Berisha, has declined to include the media in the verbal process, as well as all other persons present who do not have the status of the party. He demanded that the faces of the accused not be made public.
Afterwards, all indictees were declared innocent of the criminal act charged.
The chairman of the court, Fatime Dermaku, said public interest in the case is great, but demanded that the faces of the accused not be made public.
At the hearing, however, the device was also heard.
The case prosecutor, Florije Shamlli, says that from evidence to be administered in court, 77 witnesses will be heard with their testimony that accused Uke Rugova and the other indictees has enabled Italian visa equipment schengen for these clients who have paid various sums of money for these visas, up to 4 thousand euros.
