pro Vuciqi media: This is the Dutch diplomat who designed it. Non-Paperue

Dutch Angelina Eichhorst allegedly wrote the so-called <x0non-paper” for resolving the problems between Kosovo and Serbia, reports the Serbian newspaper close to Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, “Kurir“, which says it has confirmed some sources in diplomatic circles. As Vuchic described yesterday, a very clever woman and many [...]
As he described yesterday Vucinac, a very clever and very informed woman on Balkan issues wrote “no-paper” that contains several definitions regarding the final agreement intended to reach between Kosovo and Serbia.
Kurir writes that “only someone who participated in Kosovo-Serbia meetings from the beginning and who was fantasticly known for the dialogue could write it with cunning”.
Who is Angelina Eichhorst?
Angelina Eichhorst is an extremely experienced diplomat from the European Foreign Action Service (EEAS). There, she is executive director for Europe and Central Asia and is well informed of events in the Balkans. According to the post it performs, Eichhorst has been involved in Brussels' dialogue for seven years, especially during the mandate of European diplomatic chief Federica Moghrini. There was a connection between Belgrade, Pristina, the EU, but also the United States, in Kosovo-Serbia negotiations. And three years ago, she was given the duty to direct the so-called ship diplomacy between Belgrade and Pristina (the mediator meets alternately with both sides instead of their direct meetings), the Serbian newspaper writes.
Between the meeting, it co-ordinated, harmonised and drawn up attitudes. She went to various countries, where she discussed a possible permanent solution. The description of that work also included intensifying and speeding up talks between representatives of Belgrade and Pristina. So it's perfectly logical that it stays behind “-paper”, the “Kuriri” a source.
Ognjen Karadovac, director of the Centre for Social Stability in Serbia, agrees, remembering that Eichhorst was part of Federica Moghrini's team, which showed some flexibility in the context of the possibility of changing borders in the Western Balkans in line with several ethnic principles.
“Anyway, a very necessary question arises, which political force and geopolitical positions encouraged Eichhorst to become author of a document “non-paper”. In the first place, a certain working draft is not a document with full capacity, but while present at a diplomatic table, it certainly means that serious political power centres are at least thinking of solutions written on it. This does not mean that the solutions given and possible will be realized automatically. On the contrary! There are all possibilities that the crisis in Donba and regarding Ukrainian-Russian relations, especially in light of US and Turkish interest in the Black Sea basin, but also in Southeast Asia, has caused vigilance among the most responsible and influential EU centres, mainly in Berlin. It is of no interest that relations between the political West and the East erupt until an insurmountable dispute”, Karadovac said.
However, it can be heard that Eichhorst is more in favour of the Albanian side than the Serbian side, the Serbian newspaper claims, adding that she stayed in Belgrade dozens of times, often meeting with President Vuciq, with whom there were also talks at meetings abroad.
