Of that decision, many people were surprised, yet there is a base under Article 255 of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Code, which says as follows:
So doctor Hoti can be sentenced to three years in prison.
And there were numerous reactions from public figures that most protected the doctor in question. It is QMF in Podujevo that rejected the measures against their colleague through march and protest.
And on the other hand, the mayor of Podujevo, the Bulliqi Speed reasoned on the behavior of the doctor, saying he might have had it too much.
Doctor Hoti reported by day Status exacerbated in custody and that he was sent for medical treatment, under police escort.
