The Socialist Party at the helm with Edi Rama has won elections in Albania for the third time, which had never happened in Albanian political history.
When the vote count is over, it is clear that the Socialists have received a total of 74 mandates, the Democratic Party in charge with Lulzim Basha has received 59 mandates, the SMI of Mayor Kryeski has received only 4 mandates, until Tom Doshi's Social Democrat Party has received 3 mandates.
But who had been Edi Rama's forecast for the outcome of the elections, until there were campaigns in different corners of Albania.
