Health Minister Arben Vitita has signed Administrative Guide for Change and Fulfillment of Administrative Guide No. 01-2015, the Authorisation for Marketing for Medical Products, which paves the way for bringing anti-Cavid vaccines to Kosovo
Guide has been published on the official website of the Health Ministry.
This directive allows contractual parties to deal with who or emergency Authorisation Marketing for vaccines against Avid-19, excluding the Administrative Guide provisions of 012015. The latter in Article 6 stipulates that the AM is issued on condition that each legal person or corporation should have business registered in the Republic of Kosovo.
This article has ruled out the new UA, which applies only to vaccines against Coddy-19.
“Aplicator must hand over to AKPPM the request with documents defined in the agreement between the Ministry of Health or another public body and contractual parties for authorization for conditional marketing or emergency issued by regulatory authorities: The European Bars Agency (EMA) or the US Administration for Barna and Food (FDA) for vaccines against Ovid-19”, says Article 22B.
According to this document, the AM will be released within two days of work, while import of vaccines is done under legislation in effect and the criteria defined in the agreement between the MSH or another public body, and the contractual side for providing vaccines against Covid-19.
Even the pharmaceutical policy of vaccines is done according to the criteria set in agreement between the parties.
The UA has also ruled out Administrative Guidance provisions for utility tariffs offered at the AKPPM, as well as Administrative Guide provisions 122013 Placed Banderillas in Medical Products.
The Administrator Guide 012021 went into effect yesterday, April 19th. The changes are made at the request of international companies that produce vaccines, such as Pfizer and Bitetech, which have refused to have representatives in countries where vaccines are delivered.
