President's election ends round two

The first round of his two repeat failed after the quorum had occurred, but neither of the two candidates for president managed to secure votes for president.
The candidate for president, Vjosa Osmani, in the second repeat of the first round secured 69 votes, while her counter-Candidate Nasuf Beta has not secured a vote. Invalid votes were 12.
In the plenary hall where the hearing is currently held are 84 deputies, all LVV deputies, the LDK are present, while non-Serb minority deputies, including MPs Adem Hoxha and Fadi Gashi, who were not present at yesterday's session. And there is Albena Resiti from AAK, from which no other deputy is participating.
Neither does the PDK. Despite being present, Avdullah Hoti, Agim Veliu and Driton Selmanaj, the LDK's cast, have not participated in the vote even though they are in the hall. Driton Selmanaj even launched the second round of voting out of the plenary hall.
