President Thaci is missing, why Hoxhaj did not go to Vjosa Osman's ceremony

Task Speaker of PDK, Enver Hoxhaj, has said there has been an invitation to go to Vjosa Osmani's inauguration ceremony president of Kosovo, but that she refused saying former President Hashim Thaci lacked to hand over the task.
