Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has considered that <x0non-paper”, which envisions the north of Mitrovica as an autonomous part of Serbia and Serb majority municipalities being granted executive competency, have the author in Serbia.
Osmani's reaction has been made through a post at é Facebooke, as he saw “no-paper” as Serbia's strategy for destabilising the agenda of dialogue.
“This is Serbia's old strategy, now repeated in order for such an approach to normalise and become part of the daily debate, and then even of the agenda of dialogue, this dangerous and destabilizing demand of it, but of Russia. So let us not fall into such a trap. We have faith in our allies, but most of all we have faith in ourselves”, she wrote.
The first country has also mentioned the missing from the recent war in Kosovo, saying that today it should commemorate them, not deal with “non-paper”.

All those “non-pappers”, which inside have destabilizing ideas for our region, have only one source: Serbia.
This is Serbia's old strategy, now repeated in order for such an approach to normalise and become part of the daily debate, and then even of the agenda of dialogue, this dangerous and destabilizing demand of it, but of Russia. So let us not fall into such a trap. Let us trust in our allies, but above all we trust in ourselves. “Noon-pappers”, so let it be rejected on our part, but neither will you be able to determine our actions or the success of the dialogue.
Careful reading of these <x0non-papers” and ideas presented there (such as changing borders, creating autonomous regions or third powers) clearly shows who the real map of these documents is.
Today is the day when we remember our beloved ones whose fate we do not yet know. As our pain for them continues, the answer about the fate of the violent missing lies in Serbia. No “non-paper” can change our priorities and our right requests in relation to Serbia: dawning the fate of the missing, justice and war damages.
