Otherwise, police Officer Haris Kelmendi had been practicing violence over 18-year-old Leotrim Rama, within the police station. All of this was possible three years ago. And right after the distribution of a video recording on social networks, social law enforcement measures were taken.
The defendant Kelmendi was arrested and detained for 48 hours.
As soon as prosecutor Eset Rama carried out this sentence, he released H.K. for the reason that the latter proved sincere during statements of the case's description.
However, the subject did not close until the Prosecutorial Council decided to suspend Rama as punishment for the ruling.
“The KKP has unanimously ruled for the prosecutor's suspension from office in question, as well as establishing the investigative panel, which will handle the case and recommend the KKP's final decision”, the announcement said.
And after prosecutor Rama's suspension, the prosecution decided to send H.K. Officer back into custody. Again, the policeman did not stay long.
This is after Haris Kelmend's lawyer sent the course to the Court of Appeals.
Arber Jashar, spokesman for the Court of Appeals, had indicated that the policeman who committed the violent act on Leotrim Rama was released from custody, and the same was assigned home arrest measures in February, in length of 30 days.
