Two persons in Gjilan are banned for two months and sexually abused by a minor

According to the prosecution, suspects have been detained for 48 hours.

“Gylan, April 16, 2021) The Founding Prosecutor's Office in Gjilan, the Randa Crime Department, has now detained two (2) people -- defendants S.H. and V.L. -- due to the suspicion that they have carried out the criminal work éDhuniı, of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code. Suspected defendants, during February and March 2021, in the municipality of Gjilan, have sexually abused the minor injury under 16 years of age. The defendants with the prosecutor's decision are in a 48-hour ban, and within the legal deadline, security measures will be required by the competent court in Gjilan”, the report said.
