Happiness Muharrier graduated from the Jury Faculty at the “Pristina University” in 1990, while the Jurisprudence Proving conducted in 2006. From 2000 to 2001, she exercised jury duty at NGOs KUNIA in Pec, meanwhile, has performed professional practice at the District Court in Pec, where I continue volunteering until 2004. From 2004 he worked as a High Archives in the same court until 2008, from where he began his work as a professional collaborator until 2010. In 2010 he was appointed judge at the District Court in Pec. Early January 2013 Muharnier was appointed as judge of the General Department at the Constitutional Court in Pec until July of this year, when he was appointed judge at the Randa Crime Department, which he held so far.
