Happiness Muharrier graduated from the Jury Faculty at the “Pristina University” in 1990, while the Jurisprudence Proving conducted in 2006. From 2000 to 2001, she exercised jury duty at NGOs KUNIA in Pec, meanwhile, has performed professional practice at the District Court in Pec, where I continue volunteering until 2004.
