Grainca added that its transition to Vetevendosje Movement has paved the way for its development as politician.
“The PDK removal has been due to political causes. From Presentation of My Name to Headship ( The PDK, the Ferizaj branch, has so far, found no support. All because of age as well as lack of experience in the political sphere. Besides, I wasn't part of a well-placed political cab. From the beginning, I have been neglected at both the local and central levels, not offering me opportunities for development as a new politician and as a person representing youth in the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo. This time has helped me to reflect and see the Vetevendosje Movement, with the newest average age and greater participation of women, better opportunity to develop and advance the goals for a prosperous state and society“, it says in its response.
Grainca said it was her electorate's will that she attends yesterday's session of the president's vote.
With recent developments in the president's election, I have consistently had numerous demands from the electorate that selected me to attend the president's parliamentary election session. Their clear message has been to participate because they do not want a choice again. Keeping the elections would mean prolonging the life of pandemic, not enough response to the economic downturn, and as a result of Kosovo's isolation, not only because of the lack of visa liberalisation, but also because of instability. Therefore, I have decided to listen to my electorate, and attend Sunday's session despite the fact that the quorum “had been secured, she added.
Grainca, meanwhile, has said the PDK charges she allegedly benefited financially are slander and the possibility of not seeking real answers.
Kosovo's newest MP from the Parliament on Sunday attended the president's voting session, and later Prime Minister Albin Kurti announced him as the newest deputy of the Vetevendosje Movement.
