Non-paper gives Autonomi to North Serbs, takes independence to Kosovo (Testi)

In this non-paper as the party's chief negotiators are mentioned by Alexander Vuciq from Serbia and Albin Kurti from Kosovo.

The most disturbing requirement is for Kosovo to establish the Autonomous District of Kosovo” and which would include a large part of Kosovo's territory.

What does Kosovo get?

Nothing. Nowhere in this non-paper is it said Kosovo will receive international recognition from the Republic of Serbia, but only that “will respect independence and sovereignty” within international borders.

How have France and Germany reacted?
