As it does in opinion and the media, parts of it as <x0-expert” will be Veton Surroi, Bernard Nikaj, and are expected to become Blerim Shala.
Besides that, there will be Leon Malazog, Robert Muharrem and Muhamet Mustafa.
This has already been signed by Prime Minister Kurti, despite his contradictory attitudes towards some of the personalities in the past.
“The engaged experts offer extensive, professional and supporting support for the dialogue process, and make it available to the prime minister, his cabinet and Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Development and Dialogue. Foreign experts have no representative or leader role and are contracted only by the Balkan Group.” reportedly in announcing this group.
They have warned that other experts could be invited “regardless of the government's needs and the dynamics of the dialogue process. ”
Prime Minister Kurti had held many meetings with the Norwegian ambassador, though he had never spoken of this group of experts that this embassy has made its contribution.

The group for the Balkans (BPRG) continues to provide support to the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo in the fundamental areas of statehood, for strengthening institutions and policymaking, reforms that connect with European agendas, development of dialogue with Serbia and political co-operation.
In the spirit of these efforts, the Group for the Balkans has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and Norway Embassy on April 22nd 2021. This memorandum defines modalities for the commitment of foreign experts to the dialogue process with Serbia and other agendas that connect with dialogue.
The engaged experts offer extensive, professional and supporting support for the dialogue process, and make it available to the prime minister, his cabinet and Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Development and Dialogue. Foreign experts have no representative or leader role and are contracted only by the Balkan Group.
The experts engaged so far are: Bernard Nikaj, Leon Malazogu, Robert Muharrem, Muhamet Mustafa, Veton Surroi. Soon the expert group is expected to join Blerim Shala. Other experts may be invited and subject to the needs of the government and the dynamics of the dialogue process.
This activity constitutes one of the group's programming components for the Balkans, which are implemented with the support of the Norwegian Government, under the framework “Development of peace & State-building and advancing the European agenda”.
