Kosovo's Afarism Oda after reporting through the media about new measures expected to take effect by next week, calls on the country's institutions that no total restrictions or closure of business take place without preliminary financial support.
This comes from the very difficult situation facing the private sector as a result of the lack of pandemic and lack of support offered so far on the part of institutions, thus risking not only the loss of jobs but also the further welfare and operation of economic operators.
So in this regard OAK considers it most important to find ways of supporting companies that will be directly influenced by these measures.
OAK is a follower of the fact that any measure, including wearing masks, social distance and personal hygiene, is respected in order to protect public health, but that any decision of closure should have direct support for businesses and their workers for the losses being caused by the same ones by preventing them from working right.
OAK considers that the private sector is currently very heavy as a result of the pandemic, so it has no capacity only to cope with the further consequences caused by the pandemic, which as a result of the financial lack of support, businesses have the impossible to keep the number of employees working so far.
