Research: Any third murder in Kosovo unknown author

According to research. Kosovo Institute for Justice (IKD) on subject “Kosovo: The policy of prosecution and trial in homicide cases” lack of professionalism, not adequate care for evidence, and the shortcomings in the indictment are some of the problems that are affecting the case of this nature.

According to this report, Kosovo courts on murder cases were mostly loaded in 2018.

“Judiciary Council Kosovo has been found since 2013 until 2019 with murder cases mostly being loaded in 2018, while at least they had jobs in 2019.
