Citizens in the neighbouring state of Montenegro have expressed much disappointment over a government decision on the criteria for gaining Montenegrin citizenship and changing the Law on the Stability Register.
Some citizens have staged protests against this decision. On Podgorica Street, Niksic, where there was an incident when a group of citizens tried to prevent the passage of an official Black Government car.
In the video published by several Montenegrin citizens, it is seen when some protesters sit on the front of the moving car, which have been able to end very badly, while the driver of the car who won't stop and throw protesters to the ground by continuing on the road.
