Minister Haxhiu warns libel indictment against RTK

Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu has warned of libel charges against Kosovo Radio Television and art writer “Minister Hadziu rewards the prosecutor who arrested Haki Rugova”.

According to Haxhi, this news is false and unconfirmed, and prejudice and fiction are based on it.

In a Facebook post, she wrote that in Kosovo no one can prevent the right to expression, but this “does not mean the unbased violation and attack of a person, whoever is”.

With a view to making even more this untrue, support for the true media and correct reporting, I will hand over the slander indictment against the author of the article and the medium who has published this untruth. On this issue, Insander newspaper recently contacted the prosecutor in question, Valbona Disha-Hagjoya, who has denied RTK's reports that it is “compounded” with the member's post at the Commission for the Jurispodence Test due to the arrest of Istog's chairman, Hakki Rugova.
