Miftaraj has written that with “this system of justice, constitutional and legal contests are only worthless paper”.
“Democracy is seriously endangered every time there are attempts to limit freedom of expression. With this system of justice, the constitutional and legal races are just junk paper. Legal security is the basis of democracy. In Kosovo, there is no legal security and there is no democracy”, he wrote in a post in “Facebook”
