Armand Hasanpay is only 25 years old and has been practicing the cook's profession in France for years.
The kitchen for him is the location of every idea of preparing foods that stand out for special taste and impressive decorations.
Since each country has food specialties, the tropian ones are easily recognized in France, both on the side of the cooking side and on the presentation and on the dishes, which are very delicately worked by it.
France is one of the countries known for its best food in the world. But the inclusion of the Albanian cook within this state has made French cuisine even richer and more inspired, including traditional Albanian foods within French society.
Armand became famous throughout France for his special way of preparing food, both sweets and stews. Many highly experienced cooks have enjoyed the magnificent dishes prepared by him, sharing in awe at his meals.
He also participated in the “Objektif Top Chef” program, which is held in France. Despite great competition, the professionality of the young Albanian has surprised the jury, ranking among the best finalists.
Besides, Armand has already returned to internet sensation with his cooking videos, showing many different recipes, with particular emphasis on Albanian and French ones.
From Albania, to become a success name in France
Armand is originally from Tropo, but has lived and educated in Tirana. He has been living and working in France for nearly nine years, where he also began his kitchen school.
Significantly, France was its first and only destination until now.
As for every Albanian, the reality of his nativeship with that of France was different. Adaptation, environment, language, society, culture, and employment have been some of the challenges that almost every exile has experienced at its beginnings in exile.
The same has happened with Armand, to begin with was difficult because he had no knowledge of the language, but his desire and will were greater than the challenges he had before himself back then, despite his youth.
France's “does not long for immigrants to achieve something. I don't have much time in France, and my tongue is a bit of a bother. They may not want to see foreigners succeed in their country. But, I've grown stronger and since I'm from a small country, I've wanted to show that even from Albania it can get very good caffet”, it's Armand's expressed.
The main person who has pushed Armand to success was no doubt his mother, Fatima, who in Albania, Tirana, owned a candy shop. He followed his mother's trade and is now very successfully entering French cuisine. /alinfo/
