Major police operation: 25 arrested, involved in criminal activities

The same have been arrested on suspicion of involvement in organised crime criminal activities, including in criminal acts: “Import, Export, Supply, Transport, Production, Intermediation, or Unauthorized Sale of Arms or Materials Place”.
<x0.>Police operations have been implemented by the ordinance of justice bodies, which have included several locations, namely Pristina, Gjilan, Ferizaj and South Mitrovica, where during the search of several houses and escort facilities in both operations, quality of material evidence have been found and secured:
- Eight (8) long weapons of various kinds,
- Thirteen small guns,
- Two (2) rounds,
- (1.493) ammunition of different calibres,
- Parts of the weapons,
- Weapons-clearing equipment,
- Two (2) gun permits,
- Two (2) cars,
- A (1) pair of wax,
- Twenty-one cell phones,
- Two thousand Euro (20000) and
- One (1) notebooks containing”, police report.
“From the twenty-five persons arrested in both police operations, it is noteworthy that 12 (12) of them were arrested in 2020, which, with the decision of competent prosecutors, were sent to the maintenance, while in the police operation conducted today in the early hours of the morning, thirteen persons were arrested, of them seven (7) persons with the prosecutor's decision have been sent into custody, while six (6) persons have been released into regular procedure”, police now report.
