Otherwise, a few days earlier the Basic Prosecutorship in Pristina, the Randa Crime Department had announced that Lieburn Aliu, now the minister of the Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure, had been aware of the establishment of the indictment for “Keqq use of official position or authority”.
