Democratic League of Kosovo MP Arben Gashi has indicated that Albin Kurti and LVV have not resigned from the Kosovo Election Law.

This is a full statement:

We've made an explosive request by the Vetevendosje Movement that has made the Acropolisic decision as a threat and blackmail against the opposition by proposing the Election Law and threatening extraordinary elections.

We've been looking for Mr. Kurti and the Assembly withdraw the proposed Law, and we still have no withdrawal of the law, the requirement is not personal, but that we have a situation of trying to overturn Kosovo's constitutional order.

For the first time in Kosovo, a parliamentary majority is trying to change the rules of the game, we are about changing and electoral reform, we are involved in all recommendations that have emerged from the CEC and internationals, we are about substantial electoral reform, we are that embassies and consoles are allowed to organise elections, but we are not arbitraryly assigned to the next hour at 11:00 commissions to be established and vote the laws.

It should automatically withdraw from the proposer this bill and have substantial electoral reform. And in the request they sent for the extraordinary session, we've noticed that there's interference in the sign list with the MPs that have been signed as supporters of one of the candidates, and that's to be seen because we have moments when three names have been cleared and 3 names added.

Without solving these problems we don't participate.
