Lawyer Skender Musa has clarified the presentation of the concept-document for confiscating the illegal property of public officials. He said that the way this concept-document was presented is not appropriate, since, according to him, to confiscated a public official's wealth, there must initially be an indictment against him.
“Every action, any law that is undertaken in order to impose legitimacy and seizure of property for us is acceptable, but the way this concept-document was presented, to seize a fortune must have some accusation against them, but they said they would go into the civil procedure”, he said on the show “Froment <2>).
