Latifi reasons on Kosovars who have gone to spend the weekend in Albania, as according to him, the more people feel themselves closed and restricted, the more they love the sea.
“The more people feel themselves closed and restricted, the more they love the sea, because, as Hegel writes in the philosophy of History, the sea gives us the sense of unlimitedness, the feeling of infiniteness, and by feeling unlimited, we take the courage to cross”, Latiff wrote on Facebook.
According to Kosovo media, numerous columns have been created at the Vmica-Morine border.
The same happened Friday, when it was announced that over 13 thousand Kosovo citizens have crossed the Kosovo-Albania border.
This has happened because of measures taken by the Government of Kosovo, respectively by the Ministry of Health to prevent the spread of Ovid19.
These measures forbid citizen circulation from 10: 00 a.m. to 05 a.m., except in emergencies.
Gastronomy services have been forced to suspend their activity from April 7th to April 18th. They are allowed to work only with “services, take away”, “crege by custom” or receive orders without leaving cars.
