The Kosovo government has recently warned the return of reciprocity with Serbia, a decision that was criticised even in past government led by Albin Kurti.
Such a decision as it appears again would not find the support of the European Union, which has called on both sides to refrain from these statements and actions.
So said EU spokesman Peter Stano, who has said the EU expects Kosovo and Serbia to refrain from actions that could harm the normalisation of relations between the two states.
” generally, we're not commenting on other people's statements. But when it comes to the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, the European Union calls on and expects both sides to refrain from statements and actions that are harmful to the normalisation of their relations and do not contribute to a successful progress in dialogue”, Peter Stano has said.
In the end, the EU spokesman has indicated that the dialogue work is continuing, while the next meeting to be held in Brussels is expected to become public. /Excellence Beqiri
