The reason for that is the failure to meet gender quotas.
This is a full post:
Two decisions we made today at the ninth meeting of the government were interconnected. They concern the Board of Electronic and Post-Based Communications Regulatory Authority (ARKEP). First, we cancelled the government's decision last year on the proposal it made to the Parliament with the names of candidates for chairman and members of this board of 7,12.2020. The preliminary decision was abolished because the composition of the board did not respect the necessary gender quota, defined by the Law on Gender Equality. Of the five proposed members, only one was a woman. And at the end of the meeting, the proposal by Economy Minister Mrs. Artane Rizvanolli, for the new interim board of ARKEP, respects and meets this quota. Because names from the previous government had not been voted in during the last legislature, the ARKEP board has remained without a mandate about five months. The list that has been approved by our cabinet government today and which will be sent to the Assembly consists of: Nazim Beating Chairman, Ahmed flower member, Shkumbin Hamiti . Good jobs are done only when women are active in decision - making processes - only when we get together.
