Kurti appoints Bardhil Dobra, deputy minister of Internal Affairs

The prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has appointed Bardhil Dobra, deputy minister of Internal Affairs today.

Bardhil Dobra is at the conclusion of the doctorate, at Gent University in Belgium on the subject of “Public Administration in Post-conflict states: the Kosovo case”.

Born February 17, 1986, in Drenas, in addition to Albanian, Bardhil also speaks French and English.
