Krasniqi at RTV Dukaagjini says the main reason for this visit is Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
“Democracy Plus” researcher says Maas cited the compromise Kosovo must make for eventual recognition.
According to him, it is still not known what compromise Kosovo is being asked for a final agreement.
He says Germany has flatly rejected the exchange of territories or border touch, but according to him, the Association of Serb Major Communities may be on the table.
“To implement this scenario, however, Kosovo must change its Constitution”, Krasniqi said, as it added that after the changes in the US took place, there is no longer reason to hope that the delay in dialogue suits us.
